SUMMARY

​

The Graphics Applicator is responsible for scheduling, proofing, and reviewing all graphic jobs received.  The Graphics Applicator is also responsible for tracking inventory for the graphics department, applying graphics to the appropriate substrate, and ensuring the highest quality of work is being sent out to the customer. 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Proof and review graphic jobs.

-          Create job packets for the Graphics Manager and file completed job packets.

-          Communicate with the Project Managers, Account Managers, and Drafters.

-          Communicate with Inventory and Purchasing regularly dealing with material ordering, issues, and adjustments.

-          Process outgoing shipping including printing labels and packaging.

-          Laminate and apply vinyl.

-          Apply stencils as needed for the paint department.

-          Sewing including seams, ends, banners, hems, and C-Rail.

-          Apply edge trim to all parking signs.

-          Cut vinyl on plotter, weed vinyl, apply transfer paper, and apply graphics.

-          Provide photos of jobs and shipping information for job folders.

-          Liquid lamination.

-          Maintenance machines as needed for the plotter, heat transfer bed, sewing machine, and heat seamer.

-          Use programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Flexi.
