Manufacturing and Fabrication

We pride ourselves on our fabrication and manufacturing capabilities. Since the late 2000s, ASC has produced and supplied professionally built extruded aluminum frame systems for fabric awnings. Since then, we have grown to produce a wide array of aluminum and fabric structures.

We have been fortunate to be a part of some large and complex projects over the years. Our two facilities have over 35,000sq.ft. of floor space combined, and both have their own dedicated AWS-certified welding personnel, fabrication, graphics/painting, and installation teams so we can serve our customers the best way we can. We also offer in-house paint and powder coat solutions. ASC complies with all OSHA Standards and Practices, and we work hard to ensure a safe working environment for our staff.

Our foundation is built upon the fabric awning, and our diverse portfolio includes more unique products like metal-clad (standing seam) awnings, patio canopies, wastewater treatment covers, shade sails, cantilevered architectural canopies, architectural features, privacy enclosures, and more.
