Project Spotlight: Elm Retail - Concord, MA
This week’s featured project takes us to Concord, MA, where we completed a 20-awning installation for a commercial retail location at 768 Elm Street. From vibrant colors to custom-built frames, this project delivered a full refresh to the building’s exterior.
Scope of Work
(20) Custom Shed-Style Awnings: Fabricated and installed twenty open-end shed-style awnings using all-aluminum, MIG-welded frames in mill finish for durability and strength.
Fabric Selection: Awnings feature a mix of premium materials for varied tenant branding and design intent:
Structural Details: All awnings include 6" sign panels and are engineered to project 3' from the building at a uniform height of 3'6" for cohesive coverage across storefronts.
Turnkey Execution: Our team completed the field survey, engineering, manufacturing, and installation, delivering a seamless process from start to finish. No graphics, lighting, or egg crate included.
Project Highlights
This project brought a bold new look to 768 Elm’s retail storefronts. The use of alternating fabric colors provided personality and variation across each bay while maintaining structural consistency. The result is a clean, modern façade with practical weather protection for each tenant space.
