• Site Survey: Conducted a thorough site survey to confirm build dimensions and site conditions.

• Signage Manufacturing: Manufactured and installed two stacked illuminated lettersets, mounted on a raceway as rendered.

• Permits and Approvals: Handled permit acquisitions, with city permit fees additional after acquisition.

• Installation: Managed installation during normal business hours. Ensured that the final electrical hookup was in place and provided electrical installation within 4 feet of the site.
