Requirements and Responsibilities

• Prepare the project labor schedule and budget for all team jobs

• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirement

• Position will direct activities of all consultants, engineers, project coordinator, graphic designers, production, and awning installers

• Position will provide the planning, organization, direction, coordination and control to meet the profit and growth objectives on the projects assigned to him/her

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 preferred

• Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet preferred, but not required
